The Boulders

The Boulders is a very prestigious resort community sharing zip codes with both Scottsdale and Carefree.   Elegant homes and villas blend into the desert strewn with giant boulders.   The always manned gate of the 240 casita resort offers both residents and guests a unique lifestyle.   The world renowned Golden Door Spa opened in 2001.  This 32,000 sq ft sanctuary brings the outdoors into the 25 treatment rooms.  Open to all Boulders' club members, the Spa has fitness classes, personal trainers, massages, a heated lap pool, 8 plexi-cushioned tennis courts with weekly clinics.   The spa facilities are complemented and equaled by the two restaurants The Boulder’s Club Restaurant and the Latilla Room.  The restaurants of the Boulders are in the process of converting their menus to organic foods.
