The Phoenix Valley sprawls over 2500 square miles. For your convenience we have divided the Valley into regions. We have also separated the Master Planned and Planned Communities from the Active Adult Retirement Communities. Using the table of regions below you may open either a Valley section for information on the cities and attractions in that region or a specific community for information about the amenities and homes to be found in each neighborhood.

Because these communities have so many amenities, we have listed only the most popular in each community. We know that there is only so much you will be able to do from home before seeing these communities in person.
Our goal is to assist you in narrowing down the many to a few that will fit both your budget and your lifestyle. We will be pleased to show you the facilities and the homes in the communities that suit you best. If you have specific unique interests, be sure to ask us. We will do our best to find local clubs or organizations that support your needs if they are not available in the communities.
